Prime City Hotel Kluang truly hit the mark with its convenient town location, providing easy access to nearby shops and Kluang Mall. The meticulous housekeeping service ensured my room stayed immaculately clean throughout my stay. However, I must mention that the breakfast hour commenced a tad late for my taste, as I'm accustomed to an earlier start for the day. Despite this minor detail, the overall experience was delightful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Kluang.
